They know the car, and they seem to be very honest with dealing with it.

I don't remember the cost. They do honest work. On the price, they have a good packaged deal. What stands out to me about their office environment is it's clean and professional.

My car is 14 years old. I have no idea how much they charged. I've been going to them about 14 years, so I guess I like them.

I have been servicing my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland at Ourisman of Clarksville for the last few months with great success. Dwayne Bridget has been my Service Advisor and I would highly recommend working with him. He is incredibly professional and ensures that any issues with my vehicle are thoroughly addressed.

She would say that they did a good job and she would use them again. She found it to be a little pricey.

They did a good job.. Answered questions. The young man actually sat and taught me how to use the system. He allowed me to ask questions. I will continue to use them.

I cannot say enough good things about them. I had a part that was 3 days out of warranty and they went and got it covered.

As always, service was performed relatively quickly and without issue. I recommend this dealer for service to all of my friends. They have well trained, professional mechanics and I think they are the best in the state for Dodge/Chrysler vehicles

Best car dealer experience I have ever had--and that goes back nearly fifty years.

OK, mainly did it for the price of the oil change. They had a coupon buy one oil change for 49 and get three free. Took the car in. It took forever to get someone to take care of me. Finally I had to approach a service employee that did not seem to be doing anything anyway. He filled out the paper work and my car was taken to the service bay. I only plan to go there to get the oil changed and nothing else!

I made an appointment, showed up early, no problem. I explained the problem and then was asked to sign a paper agreeing to pay $130 service fee for looking at the vehicle to determine the problem. Really? Fine, it needed to be replaced for a 10 hour road trip I needed to to take the following week. I was told 30-45 minutes, I would get a call back, (after agreeing to pay $130 to diagnose the problem). So, two an a half hours later I get the call. The cost for the repair would be $230. But in addition, an "23 point inspection" was done and they found that the vehicle was leaking transmission fluid, the brake fluid was dirty $700+, the rear third tail light was broken and needed to be replace for $130, the spark plugs, need for a new pvc valve, and a few other items needed to be serviced. In the end, I was looking at $2000+ of repairs after coming in to fix the heater.
What the dealership didn't know, is I just had the very same items replaced, serviced, and fixed at another Jeep dealership less than six months ago. The very same "dirty fluids" were changed, the very same spark plugs that "needed to be changed" were just changed. This Jeep has 50,000 miles on it and I did the recommended 30,000 mile inspection, and service. Additionally, I had the oil and filter changed at the other dealership where they do the same "inspections". So all of a sudden, everything is broken, again at Ourisman. Oddly enough the only reason I am used this dealership is I do not trust the other dealership.
My experience is that anything that was found in their inspection is a lie from a script. And agreeing to have to pay for them to grace my car with their expertise is BS. Finally, if my car is in such poor disrepair with so little mileage (50,000), and so much money already dumped on service and repair, Jeeps are a piece of junk, the service department at the dealership isn't doing its job, or the service department is lying to me. This is why I joined Angie's List today. I can't trust these people.
Cheat me once, shame on you. Cheat me twice, shame on me.

Very bad. I drove home without problem (5 miles). Soon after, I was on the highway when I heard a loud thunk and my engine light went on and the van became difficult to drive. I limped off an exit ramp before the van quit working completely. I had the van towed back to the dealership. The same service rep called me once the van had been checked out and said that my transmission had blown and I'd need a new one and these things just happen. I told him very firmly that these things do not just happen and I expected the transmission to be replaced at no cost to me. He said they noticed some metal shavings when they had changed my transmission fluid. Of course they didn't - he would have tried to up sell me on transmission service. And if they did, how irresponsible to send me out with a bad transmission without telling me! He kept insisting it was not their fault, but finally put in the new transmission - under the extended warranty! No apologies, nothing to try to keep my business.
