I was very hesitant to trust a new stylist since I had seen the same woman for at least fifteen years. As it turned out, I had no reason to worry. Matt Duran knew what to do. I was thrilled with the experience, particularly with the quality of the service. Matt matched the color I wanted perfectly and cut and styled my hair exactly the way I wanted it. I've been back to see him three times already and I plan for many more visits. I was able to make an appointment quickly when I telephoned. Lutfi support staff were courteous and welcoming. I highly recommend Lutfi's and Matt Duran for hair service that does not disappoint.

Perfect! A lovely experience...

The service was very good but the hair color product line that they use is very harsh and not only caused split ends throughout my hair, I've been experiencing a great deal of hair loss while shampooing. I have not used ANY heat products on my hair since my color was put in (I air dry my curls) and still my ends are terribly split. I will not go back.

Everything is fine. The eyebrow waxer was especially friendly and made me feel at ease. The hair came out great but it is was very silent. The stylists and the customers..everyone was silent..there was no chit-chat. If you are looking for quiet time and nice hair..this is your place!!

Lutfi always does an excellent job coloring and styling my hair.  It took me years to find a stylist who actually pays attention to what I'm looking for and gives me honest advice.  The entire staff is courteous and professional.  I finally found a salon that I will continue to patronize for many years to come!

Matt has ben cutting (and coloring) my hair for about 8 years. He always does a fantastic job. My hair looks great when I walk out the door, and I am able to get good results styling it afterwards on my own without spending lots of time. When I ask Matt to make it shorter or leave it longer, he always listens and incorporates that feedback into his cut.

Lutfi's is a wonderful hair salon and Lutfi is a creative, talented professional.  I have been going monthly since the salon opened many years ago. The salon is lovely and I always leave completely satisfied with my cut, styling, highlights, and waxing.  Everyone in the salon is pleasant and efficient.  Lutfi keeps things moving like clockwork, and yet you always feel that you are getting personalized special attention!  From the welcome from Deborah at the front desk, to the wonderful relaxing shampoo, to Bri's excellent waxing talents, and Lutfi's fantastic hair styling magic, I highly recommend Lutfi's Salon and Day Spa!

This salon has positive energy that you feel as soon as you enter, it  has a nice flow and is not too loud. I arrived a little early and was greeted by the friendly staff, and they promptly checked with my hairdresser, Ahmet, to let me know when he would be taking me.  I only had to wait a few minutes for the shampoo girl to call me for my massaging shampoo. The bowls and chairs are some of the most comfortable ones I've experienced.   I have been going to Lutfi's for  almost 4 years and have never been disappointed. Ahmet is amazing with the scissors and blow dryer. As a former hairdresser,  I observe the other stylist and would say they are all "top notch!"

My hair is fine, somewhat thin and straight.  Ahmet gives me the best cut that seems to stay in shape better than other hairdressers I have tried in the past.  I am usually in and out in less than an hour.  The parking is good and the shop is clean and friendly and worth the 40 minute drive it takes me to get there from Reisterstown.

He is very good with color and I always get compliments after having a service. He also is not afraid to experiment and I appreciate new styles he has tried for me - he also listens to my concerns and makes sure I agree with the change before he does it.

It was a good service yet overpriced for not washing or blow drying the hair. The facilities were very nice.

A friend of mine who fell on hard times needed a make-over to try and get her back on her feet.  She was in her mid to late 20's and wanted to surprised her with something special.  I had recently become a member of Angie's and was looking for stylists.  Lufti's was at the the top of the list at the time.
So I worked with their receptionist to schedule the most complete treatment I could.  Due to the erratic nature of my friend's schedule - this was the difficult part.  We finally was able to get a date and GET HER IN THERE!
Once we did, a nice young lady took myself and her into the back where they started with the Pedicure.  Granted I was there as the financial support, but they treated me just as well as her.  I was given reading material and drinks while I waited - and checked on to see if I was comfortable.  I love establishments who pay attention to detail.
They had well maintained equipment and stylist coordination of colors to enhance the relaxing experience.  Their staff were professional, caring, and exceptionally friendly for what I'm used to.
The stylist who worked on my friends hair was very professional and attentive to what she wanted.  He was also able to make educated suggestions to help her attain her  desired look and was NEVER pushy.  This I've seen with other establishments, but here - they not only followed directions but asked before any work was about to begin that might deviate from what was originally asked for.  Will be returning if someone else needs services.

My experience at Lutfi's is always pleasurable. I went in for a hair cut, and as I so often do, I express to Lutfi that I need a new look. He gives me big smile and tells me he knows just what style I need, and I always come away with a style that is perfect for me. It is remarkable how Lutfi understands his clients and knows what they want we say "I want my hair to do this," or "look like that." I have been going to Lutfi's Salon for more than five years, and I can honestly say I would not go anywhere else for my styling needs!

Have been having hair cut, styled and occasionally colored by Matt for many years, maybe 5-6.  A skilled stylist, he provides consistent and current results and is very good at listening to my input and incorporating into the style. Does not pressure or oversell products, always runs on time.  Everyone at Lutfi's is friendly, professional and responsive, every effort is made to accommodate my schedule.  It's a pleasure to come into the bright salon.  A very good value, a true gem in the middle of Clarksville.

The first time I went I had just a haircut. People were friendly but it certainly wasn't "A" service as rated on Angie's List that I expected. I found the salon generally messy and unclean. The cut was good albeit expensive for my short hair so I decided to try them again with hi-lites. There was NO consultation and no talking with me at all. The hi-lites were okay but not worth the price and the hair stylist/owner just walked away at the end. Neither he nor the receptionist seemed to care that I left without booking a future appointment. I was really disappointed after reading the Angie's List reviews. I will not go back there.

I have been going there since March 2014 and I will keep coming back. Lutfi is a master of hair and I won't go any place else. I am a very satisfied customer.
