He was excellent. He did the work very quickly. He had excellent workmanship. I was quite happy with the results. We would definitely use him in the future.

The owner, Tom Eckert, is an excellent plumber. He came out and performed the service himself for a reasonable fee. Other plumbers wanted $500 and also wanted to sell us a toilet. I provided the toilet myself, which was a deal breaker for other plumbers. I would definitely call Tom again. We have had the new toilet for 4 months and have had no problems.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Tom again. In fact, we are probably going to continue to use Tom for all of our future major plumbing jobs. He is not always the earliest one to arrive at the job site, but he works hard all day long and gets the job done. Additionally, for our more complicated liquid propane fireplace insert installation, he coordinated with the AmeriGas tank installer as well as the plumbing inspector. The plumbing inspector was particularly strict, and Tom worked out all of the issues that came up with him, and worked all of the permits for the jobs.
