Excellent work and Great People

They specialize in roofing and gutters, and downspout. They are really good roofers. They were outstanding. They came out, they looked at the job, they did not over sell. We had a roof leak, and it was getting to be winter, and it was getting scary. They said not to worry. They took all the shingles off and everything, they looked and made sure the plywood underneath was fine, and if it wasn't they replaced it sheet by sheet, if they had to. They knew their materials, and were confident in their material.Their workmanship was wonderful. They had a huge roof, and was done in two days. That amazed me. They were little machines. They kept moving on. They took a nice lunch break. The guy Tim was the foreman, the supervisor on the job, he made sure the young crew had food, and drink. He took good care of them. They made have had a couple of crews out, so Tim would leave and go look at another crew, and come back and made sure the crew, I say kids, I'm 63, I can say kids. They are adults. He is very good. He is local and small business. He is on Angie's List. Him and his brother, Tim's brother, just did a fantastic job. I can't say enough. The roof is beautiful. Its the best material to get that job done.

They were prompt and did a good job. I had an issue with dips in the roof after it was put on. I called the owner and he came to take a look at it but he said it was okay and it wouldn't cause a problem. I was expecting a roof with no valleys in it. Was i wrong about wanting that ? I thought he would want correct the problem. The roof cost $9,300.00

Cost was exactly as estimated, Dave was prompt, very professional, wood repair and shingling were well done, cleanup was immaculate.  Price, while not the lowest, was quite reasonable.

They are reasonably priced. They did a wonderful job. When they say there coming and when they say there leaving the stick to it.

Dave was great to work with for the new roof and gutters. He came the next day after we called for an estimate and provided a detailed, competitive quote. The work was scheduled within 3 weeks and the project was completed on budget and in the time he said it would take. The crew arrived every day at 6:30 AM to get an early start to beat the July heat.   I was not wild about the carpenter we subcontracted with for replacing the fascias, soffits and rake boards, however. He talked me into additional work, but then complained about the time it was taking and the heat. (He started his day at varying times between 9:00 and 11:00 AM) If he didn't want the job, he should have said so. Fortunately, Dave was there to make sure he did not cut corners.   Overall, I was very satisfied with D&K's work and I would hire them again.

The jobs were performed professionally and within an acceptable time frame.  We have had no problems since having this work done with any of the new products.
