Mr. Miller was so helpful. He spent time talking with us about the problems and made great recommendations along with fixing the problems at hand. He was able to explain matters clearly and was very professional.

Mr. Miller came into the room where I had my desktop and right away took the cover off the PC unit. He started removing and replacing different parts of the inside. He found enough dust to kill the computer. He removed the dust and he then downloaded new drivers for all of my equipment and made sure all of it worked. While waiting for driver downloads for the desktop, he worked on the notebook and found out what was causing the loop. I had put Norton security on the notebook over top of a security program that Toshiba had put on it and things just didn't work. He got everything on the desktop working beautifully and got the notebook, 4-in-1 and desktop to talk to each other.

I dropped off the CPU and printer for ''rebuilding'' CPU and troubleshooting printer. Kirk had quoted a price of $150 for rebuilding and that was the price he charged. Total price was $290, including adding 512 K RAM, spy software and USB ports. Work was done in 48 hours and the computer has worked fine since. I am very satisfied with work completed. Price charged was good.

OUR NEIGHBORS RECOMMENDED THIS GUY AND THEY WERE CORRECT. HE WAS THERE WITHIN AN HALF AN HOUR AND HAD US BACK UP AND RUNNING IN NO TIME. HE HAD A 2 HOUR MINIMUM SO HE OFFERED TO CLEAN UP ALL THREE COMPUTERS WITH THE EXTRA TIME.
