During the estimate process Scott with Stain Medix did a great job explaining their services and what to expect. Anytime we needed to speak on the telephone Scott was very prompt in returning our calls. From start to finish, Scott and his father worked safely and efficiently. They took great care to prepare  and protect our landscape plantings and vegetable plants prior to the cleanings. Scott
was kind, courteous, and considerate in all of his business dealings with us. Scott had an equipment problem the day before our scheduled services and was very quick to notify us to explain and re-reschedule. He was very apologetic and went out of his way to make it up to us. We would not hesitate recommending Stain Medix to anyone. We will be using Stain Medix again whenever we have a need for their cleaning services.  Stain Medix has a great warranty on their roof cleaning, too! We wish all contractors were as conscientious as Scott with Stain Medix!

Stain Medix did an excellent job of making our roof look beautiful again. They were very professional and came back immediately to remove some remaining stains that weren’t washed away by rain initially. We were very pleased with the job they did.

It went great. They covered all my shrubs before applying the solution.

He did an excellent job.  I believe the gentleman was very professional and easy to work with.  I would recommend him to anyone.

While the service had to be rescheduled owing to unsuitable weather, Scott then came on a holiday (Memorial Day), early, and did an excellent job. I really appreciated his responsiveness via e-mail and phone, the quality of the work performed, and his scheduling flexibility.
