Description of Work: Revere Construction oversaw repainting, refinishing wooden floors, kitchen upgrade, including laying new floor and updating countertops to granite, new deck, dealing with some moisture, new bathrooms vanities and new bathroom floors and general updates to 40+year old house.

Description of Work: Revere Construction remodeled my basement to turn it into a recording studio/performance space. They removed walls, moved load-bearing walls, and built new walls. They expanded a basement window into an egress window, which required cutting into masonry and digging a window well. They used subcontractors for electrical, dry wall, and painting. They obtained all the legal permits and inspections. They worked with me to refine my requirements and came up with some great solutions to challenges unique to what I was planning to do with the space. They finished by the contracted deadline and even acceded to a couple of late requests that weren't in the contract. They were actually the highest bidder among the companies I talked to, but I'm glad I went with them on such an ambitious job.

 + 0 moreThis was the best remodeling project we ever had. They arrived on time (8:00 am) every day and worked until 5:00 pm. They kept us informed on progress/problems encountered. The entire project was completed in 7 business days. Every day they totally cleaned up and removed all trash and materials from my house. They worked around my two dogs and were very pleasant to have around. During the project they didn't try to jack up the price as other contractor's have done in the past. We are now waiting for a quote for them to replace our front door - and my neighbor has hired them to put in an under the stairs closet. It appears as though they can do most anything that needs to be done and will accept smaller jobs. It was apparent every step of the way that they took pride in their work.
