They were one of the few contractors willing to help with such a complicated process. They were the only contractor condifent in thier abililty to remedy the problem. They were also the only ones willing to take over communication with the County permit office on my problem. They had a solid plan from the beginning. They showed up on time and left the area clean at the end. The crew was very friendly and respectful. My problem was remedied in a couple of weeks. I could not have asked for a more pleasant process. In the future, I will not even seek other quotes. I only want to work with Neil Pfeiffer.

During the busy spring season had a problem getting estimator and estimate which eventually was fixed satisfactorily, worked with us on scheduling, a small misunderstanding on which roofing tile but worked out quickly, did job in one day and cleaned up perfectly. Importantly, replaced a minimum number of plywood sheets and did not boost this costly item. Roofing crew very professional.
