Where do we begin? A 3 month job took 12 months. I cannot express to you how slow and unresponsive they were. When I asked the onsite supervisor when they were coming one day and asked him if had a plan for how to finish, he didn't like it and threatened to send his team to a different job instead. The only thing they were efficient at was collecting payments. Now I've just been contacted by a collection firm because Optimum did not pay their subs. Stay far away from these people.

Both the bedroom and bathroom turned out beautifully!!  They exceeded our expectations and we could not be happier with the results.  The two rooms blend in perfectly with the rest of the home.  When family and friends come to visit I get nothing but compliments.  We will be using them again to complete one more room that we plan to finish next year.  Highly recommend.
