Two men arrived on time and immediately proceeded to put the items in their truck.  The lumber from my old deck still had the nails sticking out of the 12 foot 2x6" deck boards.  It was no problem for the guys.  They also took away two old dehumidifiers and other junk.  I was very pleased with the job they did.  It took them less than 30 minutes to finish loading the items.

They were upfront with costs and they didn't try to inflate their price, i.e. they charged me for a 1/2 load which was fair instead of trying to call it a 3/4 load and over charging.  They were professional and fast.  I do recommend this company.

Everything was smooth, professional and friendly. Only took a few minutes. The guys were efficient, friendly and communicated well. Their appearance was just a bit untidy, but if that helps them stay cheaper than 1800  GJ then I'm all for it!

Dustin was prompt to respond to our request, and called us the day before to reconfirm. As it turned out on the scheduled day they were finished at another job early, so they called to see if it was okay if they came early.
They arrived and quickly assessed the items and began clearing out the garage. In almost no time they were done, and moved to clear stuff out of our house. They were courteous and conscientious, even wearing protective booties so they wouldn't track things into the house.
This was our first time using this service and based on our experience we'll never make another trip to the dump ourselves again. We already have more stuff piled up and will be calling on them again within another month.

I first called on Wednesday and had an excellent conversation with Dustin and we agreed to move forward.  He and an assistant arrived promptly on that Friday and removed a full truckload of furniture in 2 trips.  Total operation took about 2 hours.  They were very careful of the house, no damage or nicks to the walls or doorways, in spite of the very heavy and large pieces I was getting rid of.  I would absolutely use these guys again; they were very courteous, professional and competent.

I called Junk Pro's and asked a couple of questions and then booked on line. The process of booking the appointment was so simple and easy and the gentleman that I spoke with on the phone was professional and courteous. The 2 men that came and hauled the items were prompt, courteous and professional. We have had junk hauled before and we found their pricing to be competitive and very reasonable.  We will use their services again in the future. 

Team showed up on time, removed the old appliances and trash from a condo remodel, pleasant and friendly during the entire experience

Dustin and Chris were terrific. They evidenced professionalism from the point of booking the service through the removal of junk from our home. They arrived on time, worked quickly, graciously squeezed in more than I had originally described to them, and helped us clean out our garage, attic and basement. Their speed and quality of responsiveness were truly unusual. I highly recommend Junk Pros for all of your hauling needs. They'll do the job efficiently and skillfully at fair price.

The company was very professional.  I requested their service to haul junk from my house via their website.  I received an email confirmation  the scheduled appointment received on their website and I received a prompt response from them after I needed to email them.  I received an appointment reminder the day before they were to come over.  The morning of the appointment they called to let me know they were on their way and arrived quite promptly.  Dustin and his employee reviewed the job prior to securing an agreed upon payment.  They answered my questions thoroughly and professionally.  They were great!

My sister is getting new furniture, so she asked if I wanted hers.  I said yes; called Junk Pros on Monday, March 26, and they arrived as scheduled on March 29.  Very careful not to  bump walls, or knock thinks over.  In and out in no time, and they also took some other smaller stuff that I dug out after I called them (except for the treadmill...I guess that's not so small).  Very professional, and very nice;  I've dealt with some real losers lately, so dealing with these guys is a real treat and they deserve to be recognized:)
