He came out and inspected the gutters and told me what the estimated cost was for the work. I was very impressed with the quality of work done.

We were not at home when he did the work, but everything appears to be clean and the subsequent heavy rains went through the downspouts with no trouble. This is the second year we have used his services. I called two times this year and he came out after the second call. He didn't let me know when he was coming, which I would have preferred. That and the two calls is why the "C" for punctuality. He left me a bill which I paid by mail.

I am still to verify that the section does not drip when it rains a little heavy. Fred was quick to identify the issue and provide a fix at a reasonable cost. He also sealed some nail holes and pointed some issues that should be fixed in near future. I would definitely hire him again.

I contacted Home Works on a Friday to get an estimate for a gutter cleaning. Fred responded the same day, came out the next day (a Saturday) to do the estimate, and came on Monday to do the gutter cleaning. It was an amazingly quick and professional process.

The work itself was fantastic. The gutters are running perfectly now.

Fred did a very good job.

We've now contacted Fred to clean our gutters three times and each time
he has been responsive, thorough and very professional in everything he
does.  He has replaced some damaged sections of gutters, installed
gutter screens, cleaned our roof of moss and of course cleaned the
gutters.  He and his crew always clean up all debris after as well. 
Very much recommended.

Returned our initial call promptly. He came by and gave us an estimate within 2 days. We accepted and he returned within 3 days to do the work. Very pleased.

I called Fred to reattach a gutter that had pulled away from the house.  He determined that the real problem was that the fascia board had pulled away.  Fred fixed both problems, using extra reinforcing with newer hardware and methods (which matched what I had just looked up on the web).  Then he did a quick inspection of the roof, and fixed some deteriorating seals around pipes.  He kindly put some caulk on an edge that I could not get to easily to do myself. 
Fred was very nice and accommodating, and I thought his fee was very reasonable for the amount of time he spent and the work he did.

I contacted Jim after perusing AL reviews. I needed someone to install a gutter on my townhouse since I'd removed the poorly-working old one in order to fix the fascia and paint my house.  I'd already priced out purchasing a new gutter from a local supplier and was prepared to install it myself, but by the time all the other work was done, *I* was done.  Luckily, Jim was close to my house at the time I called at 3:30 pm and was in a position to immediately go there and provide an estimate for the work.  While it was more than I wanted to spend given aforementioned pricing I'd done, the fact that he said he could get it done THE NEXT DAY sealed the deal - because that meant I didn't have to reinstall the old one to deal with the rain that was forecasted for the next afternoon.
Jim's team consisted of his nephew and son.  They were informal - yet friendly and professional.  Every project has bumps, and these were handled as follows:
- Jim wasn't going to be able to get started as early as he originally planned. He texted me and told me so. No problem. (He arrived within 30 min of the scheduled time.)
- The color gutter that we'd agreed to use was unavailable from his supplier, so he wanted to go with a slightly darker color.  He called to discuss this with me before purchasing it.  Since I was prepared to paint whatever was installed anyway, I confirmed his decision.  No issue. (Ironically, the color ended up matching perfectly b/c of shadowing and no painting needed!)
- Jim left his level behind.  I had one that he borrowed and returned promptly.  Easy peasy.
In regards to the actual work, it was awesome. They even did something that I hadn't thought to do, which is line up the screws & brackets with the roof frames, as a measure for extra stability (probably since I'd replaced my own fascia and I'm not a contractor so he wanted to be sure what he did STAYED PUT - and that's a bonus in my book!).  He then installed my original downspout (which I'd taken apart, cleaned, sanded, painted & reassembled). Finally, for an extra few $, he cleaned out the gutters on the other side of my townhouse. Last but not least, he cleaned up up after himself and left my yard as he'd found it.
Needless to say, while this was a small project in the scheme of things, it meant a lot to me. When it's time to paint the other side of my house and replace those gutters, I will definitely be contacting Jim to do the work.

I called Fred Rahimly to clean the gutters and remove gutter screens on the house I am selling.  I have already moved out so I wasn't onsite for the work.  Fred showed up the next day, quoted me a fair price (lower than several other quotes I received), and performed the work the following day.  Because I wasn't onsite, he emailed photos of the work to me. When I needed a receipt for the real estate agents a couple of weeks later, he responded to a voicemail within a couple of hours and got me what I needed that same day.  I would not hesitate to recommend his work and to use him again.

Fred left a written estimate to replace a gutter that he saw was rusted through when he came to clean the gutters in May, 2010.
He apparently September 2010. The job was finished in a timely manner, the quality of the work and materials was good, and the price was very reasonable. Thank you, Fred, we will call on you again when we need gutters cleaned or repaired, or any other exterior work done on the house.

Fred quoted me $75 dollars for the gutter cleaning which sounded fair so I asked him to come the next day. Fred showed up on time and was very thorough with completing the job. We have a 3 story town home and he got up there right away and started cleaning our gutters. Once done, I asked him about fixing a portion on the downspout that had detached from the wall and he was able to get that fixed pretty easily for an additional $20. He also did a good job in cleaning up after himself and didn't leave a mess once he was done everything. I would definitely consider using him again for future jobs.
