Ted explained the process and what options were clearly.No unexpected costs  Spent some time thoroughly examining at the deck and discussing his recommendations.  He provided time frames and weather contingencies in an easy to read contract.  Worked with us on the stain choice and helped us get materials for an HOA review. 
Price was mid of three quotes but the quality of work performed made the cost just right. 
People were professional, neat and cleaned up all debris when they were finished.  Repaired deck as needed, careful about type of wood used and nice application of stain.  Final inspection was done per our working timetable!  Would recommend them again.

We liked them. They were professional. They were on time both for the quote and the service. They did break one of our floodlights. There was a small issue with them replacing it, but once we spoke with management he sent some one out immediately to replace it.

Wallpaper was removed first. They did not get that job done the first day and said they would be back the next day. My husband took off work to stay home and then they never showed up. I called and was told there was a misunderstanding of an email. The next day someone else came and said the walls were a mess from the previous wall paper removal. The rest of the wallpaper was taken down and walls were prepared and painted. It took longer than expected. When done, we inspected walls, but it was done at night and I didn't look closely at the job. It looked ok. The next sunny day, I found some dents in the wall not spackled and some larger indentations that didn't look good. Also the trim around the cabinets looked uneven and there were clumps of spackle that just had been painted over. I called and they did send someone fix the areas. However, never did a supervisor come to inspect the work of the employees when completed. I asked for some extra paint for touch ups and got some, but not all the kinds I needed. I later bought what I needed from the paint store.

My wife called this contractor to get an estimate for work for painting the foyer stairway, kitchen and breakfast room. The estimator was the owner who arrive early in a what appeared to be in a new truck with the company name clearly labeled. Ted also arrived in a clean pressed uniform, introduced himself and produced the appropriate Maryland license without even being asked. He proceeded to take the appropriate measurements, etc with modern tools (laser measurer) and indicated to me that an e-mail estimate would be forthcoming within 2-3 business days. The estimate included replacement of a door trim which our dog decided to chew on when we first adopted him. We received the estimate, accepted it and set a date. I was away on business so my wife had the contractors come who were reported to be neat, on time and courteous. My wife left the instructions for what colors were to be painted on what walls and she left them in the house to do the work. The work was completed within two days with the foreman coming to follow up. My wife pointed out some minor caulking issues which was promptly resolved. When I got home I was impressed with the workmanship and professionalism and would use them again if need be.

THEY CAME OVER AND TALKED WITH US FOR A WHILE ABOUT THE WORK THAT WE WANTED DONE. THE DID THE WORK EARLIER THAN PLANNED BECAUSE THEY GOT DONE WITH ANOTHER JOB EARLY, WE WERE REALLY HAPPY ABOUT THAT. ALSO, THEY TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN TO WHAT I WANTED.
