DICK'S HAULING & TRASH RMVL

When Dick's Hauling arrived, they said they could not deliver the dumpster to my driveway without damaging my neighbor's trees. They tried to convince me to let their driver damage my neighbor's trees since they were hanging over my property. The lowest tree limbs were 12 feet above the driveway. I told them it was not accpetable to damage my neighbor's trees, and the driver left. Dick's Hauling then billed my credit card $180 anyway without my permission, even though they refused to deliver the dumpster and did not provide me with any service whatsoever. Another company, A-1 Dumpster rental, actually delivered TWO dumpsters of the same size to the same spot with no issues whatsoever - no damage to the neighbor's trees. I am very disapointed that this company would bill my credit card without my permission, and will be making a complaint with the better business bureau.
