When we bought our house a couple of years ago, we used Central Termite Control to treat termites (evidence of a previous infestation from our inspector), and continue to have a quarterly contract with them to take care of pests ($90/quarterly). Whenever I have an issue with pests, they are easy to get a hold of and come out promptly. Recently, I was hearing rodent activity in our basement. I e-mailed on Monday, someone came out Tuesday (the next day) and took care of it. They are always responsive, prompt, and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

I haven't seen a hopping cricket since they started coming and they used to be all over my basement. There is no evidence of mice anymore. And when I stepped on a ground bee's nest they came out to get rid of it the day after I called . Kevin is very nice and efficient.

We spend $75 on that service. We would tell others that they are very reliable and they come when they are supposed to for their regular termite inspections. They are very professional and personable people that seem to have a lot of longevity with the company. They also seem to know our property. We feel comfortable with the personal interest they have in managing their customer accounts over a long period of time. We also used them even after moving to our new house across town. We kept our service contract with them.
