TV Wall Mounting
I needed a TV mounted to a brick fireplace, and prior to the installation I spoke at length with them over the phone and explained exactly what I needed. I was given a rate and agreed to the price. It seemed fair. Once the installers arrived, they were very friendly, but a little too friendly since it was an hourly installation. I would prefer they would just get to work. Unfortunately they mismeasured the TV mount which cost them an hour of time, but I was not charged for this hour. However, once it came time to pay for the service, the hourly rate was almost double what I was quoted over the phone. I was very displeased with this since I gave a full description of the job. In the end they did take a bit of money off, but it was still more expensive than I expected for a mistake made by the company, not me. Overall I am thrilled with the actual work provided, but the headache of getting there and the mistake which cost me more money is why I am giving them 3 stars instead of 5.
