I have nothing but the best to say about them. They actually came out this summer to give me an estimate on some other work we're going to have done. We probably will let them do it once we decide to move ahead. Their proposal was the most complete and comprehensive. They came out and did the work. They went above and beyond. Everything was neat and clean. They finished on time. The quality of the materials used were excellent. I have nothing but praise for them.

Very responsive to phone calls, easy to communicate with, willing to take on this relatively small job at a townhouse. Crew, though friendly and prompt, did not put in matching stones on front step and had to return twice to complete the job. The crews need more supervision for quality of stonework.
However, the owner Bruce and the on-point person Adam were happy to fix the problem and did so right away. Because of their responsiveness, I would use this firm again.

Allentuck's cutting service is very high quality but expensive and our start was a little rough, especially when it came to the accounting. It is now smoother and I hope we will have a long and satisfying association.

The masons they used for the walkway were excellent. They were very skilled and did beautiful, neat work. They executed the pattern I wanted perfectly. The way they cut joints at the corners was a thing of beauty. In landscaping, they designed and made suggestions and worked with me to fit things in my price range. They came up with an attractive array of about twenty different varieties of plants. This was done just in the area in front of the house. They improved my previous landscape. I have had neighbors comment on how nice it is. They are priced a little high but worth it.

I got a good idea from them over the phone what was the best approach but they also agreed to come look at the lawn to assess it specifically. I was worried about various low spots in the yard and a place where almost all the grass had died in a fairly large area so I wondered if we should be tilling it all under and re-seeding. They assured me better results would be from overseeding and continuing to care for it properly but made sure I understood it wouldn't be instant results. Their quote was lower than I expected and a little less than one other competitor, so I hired them. They dropped off a set of orange flags on my doorstep so that I could mark the places that I wanted filled in. It took a little longer than I expected to set a date for the work but when the day came a team arrived and completed the work professionally and did everything they said they would. Through the whole process the owner answered my questions by phone and email fairly quickly, even after the work was done. The results were good, the grass sprouted very well in the bare spots that they filled with new soil. It is less noticeable where there was already grass and weeds but I will have to wait to see how things progress next summer.

I requested a quote for aeration only of our 0.2 acre lot. I received a very prompt response with a quote of $165. I thought it was a bit high for a small lot, but a previous company charged $120 and did a poor job with wide swaths of the grass not being aerated. I responded to Allentuck that I thought the price was high, but I was willing to pay it if they did a good job. Their response was that if I was unhappy in the least, they wanted to know about it.
They came when scheduled and did an excellent job. Before we got and quot;oldand quot;, we aerated our lawn ourselves and this was the first time we hired someone who did the job exactly as we would have, even the sloped areas. I had given no special instructions about the yard and so I was thrilled when I saw that I couldn't have asked for a better job.
I rated their price as fair, but for you get what you pay for. I'll gladly pay it again to get such excellent work done with no hassles. In fact, we've asked to be on their list for annual aeration.

If I could marry this company, I would. They have transformed the lawn and beds. With their coaching, I requested that my home owners association take care of the clogged drainage pipe, which they did! The company gave me the e-mail of their site manager responsible for my house. I contacted him several times with questions and requests that were answered and completed promptly. Although I am not a rich person and this company is not cheap, with my bad knees and last child heading off to college, I don't think I can go back to struggling with the lawn myself. I am happy with Allentuck and thankful that I found them.

They did a terrific job, I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Their mason was an absolute genius, he did beautiful and precise work. I would recommend him most highly. They designed the bed very artfully and people are slowing down in their cars to look at it. My neighbors are saying "wow, what a difference". The cleanup and professionalism was top notch. Their sales person was attentive and responsive to my calls. He was always willing to answer my questions from water scheduling to the name of plants, whatever I needed he was attentive. The owner came by and looked at the job. Their price was competitive and beat their competition by a little bit.

We have been using them for about 5 to 6 years. We are very happy with them. Just recently they had done transplanting of the bushes that was crowding out one of our trees. We spent about $ 384 for the transplanting of bushes. We spend about $ 382 a month for their service. They are very good and everything we have asked them to do they have done. I like all organic stuff in my lawn so I constantly have to remind them not to use harmful things on my lawn. We take care of my grandson and he is always on the lawn. We have a dog too and we don't want anything on the lawn that is dangerous. I have to keep checking with them to make sure that they don't put harmful chemicals on the lawn. We will be using them again in the future.

Work completed exactly as promised, very quickly, no surprise costs . I am very happy with Allentuck. I also hired them for yearly lawn maintenance. This includes spring clean up, mulching, weekly lawn service, fall leaf collection. I wish they were a little less expensive, but they are worth the cost.

I would recommend them unconditionally. I trust them. They have high integrity. They did excellent job. They are professional and courteous. The stone work was beautiful. Everything about the job was perfect.

We have used this company for two years. I like that they send a crew that is large enough to do all of the work that this large property requires. They really try to accommodate us. They are responsive. The only drawback is I have hard time communicating with the crew if the supervisor doesn't come along.

Brett is always willing to call back when I leave messages on his cell phone. We are very satisfied with the company.
