From the moment that we went with Mr. Lynch, they laid out a schedule and what would be accomplished each day. They stuck to it and modified it accordingly when the house presented challenges, but were within the time frame they set forth at the onset. They also left at the end of the day with all evidence of work, tools and dust, cleaned up and put away. You would never have known that they were there except for the great work that was accomplished.

Long problem with leaking windows. I called Lynch Construction - and they called back! We spoke, they came out when they said they would come out. They evaluated the job. Over time, the job became MUCH bigger than planned. Still, it was all necessary. They were continuously punctual, easily contacted, honest and courteous. They respect your household and your schedule. EXTREMELY positive experience.

From the start, Lynch was very helpful and responsive. They began on time and worked with us to get around problems -- discovery of peeling asbestos insulation in the crawl space where duct work needed to be done, working with BGE to move the gas service, removal of unexpected debris, parking in confined space to allow us to enter and leave as work was being done. All of the subcontractors that they used were quality professionals, and we never had a single problem over the six months that work continued. We made numerous little changes to the architect's plans, and Lynch was flexible with all. Their job supervisor and workers were very competent and experienced and made helpful suggestions all along. Lynch is a family firm where Don Jr. appears to be handing over the reins gradually to Donald the third, and it was the younger Mr. Lynch who managed our job. Very competently and comfortably. The job site was kept tidy and all the the day's debris went into a mini dumpster that was kept on the site. The noise of demolishing brick walls, and the brick dust was pretty punishing at times (as we continued to live in the house), but Lynch was careful to conduct noisy operations at appropriate times, and contained the dust quite well. They removed through-the-wall air conditioners and a hot water heating system (in the wall radiators) and patched/repaired nicely. I would recommend them to other homeowners building or rennovating their homes, and would use them again myself. In fact, I have hired Lynch already for some follow-on work.

NICE FOLKS. VERY CLEAN WORKERS. HARD TO CO-EXIST WITH A REMODEL BUT THEY WERE POLITE AND QUIET. A VERY PLEASANT AND POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. NO PROBLEMS AT ALL! WE ARE ONLY SORRY WE DIDN'T DO THIS SOONER. MANY OF OUR FRIENDS REPORT NOTHING BUT TROUBLE WITH REMODELERS -- LYNCH WAS NOT ONLY NO TROUBLE; LYNCH AND HIS WORKERS WERE A PLEASURE TO HAVE ON THE JOB. THE WORK WAS EXACTLY AS ESTIMATED.
