Briggs & Stratton engine blew out two head gaskets in successive years. Coale did nothing to stand behind the mower. Hustler did nothing. B&S eventually reimbursed us for two invoices and said increase torque on head-bolts. Lastly, after replacing the carb with new one, it ran good for one mowing. The next day trying to start it, gasoline sprayed out the exhaust and we now have a worthless, piece of junk. It's a fire hazard to say the least and should be recalled---Hustler saw no reason to do so.
Description of Work: Sold us a Hustler lawn mower, supposed to be "top of the line", welded construction, made in U.S.A..

They kept in touch with me throughout the process and all of their time & cost estimates were spot on. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone that needs repairs on their equipment.
Description of Work: They diagnosed the problem with my Husqvarna snow thrower. Gave me an accurate estimate & made the necessary repairs. They picked up and delivered the snow thrower.
