Very well; I was able to get an appointment and have the problem diagnosed quickly. The owner fully explained what work needed to be done, an estimate for the repair was given, and I felt that it was reasonable; I was also given a labor discount for signing up for the shop's e-mails. My car was ready when expected; I will return to Churchville Automotive if I ever need future repairs.

We have been using them for 10 years. They are reliable, skilled and friendly.

Diagnosed and changed adaptive lights on my car. They also did my state inspection at an earlier date. They are polite, fast, professional, and their prices are competitive. I also appreciate the fact they don't try to force unnecessary expenses on you, rather the opposite. They will tell you when something doesn't need to be fixed right away.

I went to one of those chains for an oil change and tire rotation, and while they had my tires off, they alerted me that I needed new brake pads since mine were wearing dangerously low. I got an estimate from them, but thought it seemed a little high, so I went to Churchville Automotive with the intention of saving money. I figured the chain would be ripping me off. Turns out, the prices were pretty comparable, so while I didn't really save a lot, I'm still happy with the quality of work, and everything happened quickly and worked out with my schedule. I would go to them again.

I would definitely recommend them. They have been doing all our repairs for approximately 8 years now. They are very honest and very prompt. They get the job done correctly.
