After we had a flood in our home and had to have some drywall removed, he came in to do an energy audit and recommend how to improve the insulation so we could reduce our energy bills. In the meantime, he was able to make many recommendations about how to try to avoid having another pipe burst, as well as explaining how some air leaks can create more problems than just letting in cold air. In addition, when he returned to re-inspect the house after repairs were done, he spent several hours of his time with another contractor in our home, tracing pipes and helping with other suggestions. He was prompt, reliable, did a very thorough job and was very willing to answer all of our questions. We HIGHLY recommend him.
