The work overall was excellent. They performed the work that they agreed too and ultimately designed the kitchen as well since I was not particular about colors. The condo is a rental property, it needed upgrading desperately, and the work needed to be high quality and long lasting and reasonably priced. A tall order! These two gentlemen researched appliances, countertops, flooring and tiles and provided me with a finished product that was well worth the money and then some. They do the majority of the work themselves and are very quality conscious.
