Koki was responsive, a great advocate for us in the negotiating process and gave us excellent advice on our purchase. His whole team was professional, patient and kind throughout the process. CJ, our real estate agent, was amazing! She was incredibly patient during our exhaustive house search. She showed us atleast 50 homes in DC in very different neighborhoods. We saw so much inventory, that when we chose our home, we had absolutely no regrets or worries. She was also very inventive in helping us draw up a strategy to get the house at a reasonable price in a seller's market.
The house we purchased went on the market on a Friday at 1pm and we toured it at 4pm and had an offer in the seller's hands by 5pm. By responding to the new listing so quickly we were able to take the house off the market therefore preventing the sellers to have an open house. Which ultimately saved us from engaging in an inevitable bidding war.
When we began this process with her, we developed a must have and wish list for our home and CJ found the house that had all the components that were not just essential, but also hoped for. I really think another realtor would have tired showing us dozens of houses. But, she was always happy to show us anything and everything we were interested in.
Koki and CJ work together as a team to seamlessly clients in homes. We felt that we got individual attention which is sometimes lost in larger firms. I can confidently recommend this team to any hopeful home buyer in the DC Metro area.

While one might say that Koki was lucky because he ended up not having to show us a single house (we saw on during an open house before having Koki as our agent that we ended up buying), he did make the whole process very smooth and stress free. And all of that despite us being away on a vacation in Europe throughout the bidding process. Thanks to modern technology we always felt comfortable and well informed and Koki made sure all the necessary documents were signed and available. We're hoping to be in our new home for a long time, but if we ever do move again within the DC metro area we would certainly use Koki again as our agent.

Koki is a very calm, knowledgeable, and genuine person - with a great sense of humor - and it comes out in his work as a realtor. He and his partner CJ listened to what I was looking for and understood what I was willing to trade-off/compromise to find a place that suited me. Since I already had a pretty good idea of the market and the options out there, on the very first day of viewings, I made an offer on the fourth place we saw. However, I had a really difficult home buying process because even though I knew exactly where I wanted to live, the financing didn’t come through the first time (if this were a review for Wells Fargo I’d give them an “F”), my lease was coming to an end, and the new place needed some updates (which I wanted to do before moving in). Koki understood how disappointed I was when the first lender fell through, and, unfazed, called to assure me we could work with another lender to still get the place in time before my lease ended. Long story short, and a lot of stress and money spent, I am very happy in my new place. I have already recommended Koki to several friends.
