Chris performed a good job cleaning windows as agreed to inside and out on Friday May 5th but "needed to set another appointment " to clean garage and library windows due to needing to move stuff from in front of those windows. He also agreed to come to our house on Md. Eastern Shore since they also do work there and was told that our house keeper of 20 yrs was there on Thursdays and that he should coordinate appointment for when she would be there. I was called by housekeeper several days later who reported that during her conversation with him, he insisted on coming Saturday May 13th when no one could be there and not on Thursday as was advised at initial discussion. When she told him that no one could be there all day on Saturday, he told her to leave door unlocked and he would close door when he left. She informed him that that was not acceptable per her discussion with the owners (us), at which point he apparently became quite aggravated and told her that "we were playing games" and that he would not come back to clean library and garage windows nor would he do windows on E. Shore house and hung up on her. Though he did a good job initially with window washing, his very strange, questionable and unprofessional attitude precludes us from using him again or ever recommending him.

Did a great job, arrived on time, and were very careful of our house interior and exterior.

I have used this company for about a 20 years (in our previous and current houses), and they do excellent work.  They are thorough and quick.  Chris is careful about leaving the rooms in order after cleaning--replacing furniture, etc.   They call annually to remind me to have the windows cleaned and are prompt in arrival.  It took 2.5 hours to complete the work, and considering the number of windows and doors, this was fast.  I have nothing but praise for their work.

Expensive. Sloppy work. The last window cleaner didn't know how to reinstall the window screens, this cleaner laughed about that when I asked if he knew how to replace the screens.He also didn't replace the screens properly and some of them came out of the windows the next day. Also removed/lost security magnets from two windows so now I have to call the Alarm company to fix that problem. I don't understand how they received such a high grade on Angie's list. Beware.

Arrived punctually. Provided quote quickly, and performed work straight away. The windows have never looked so good. I will definitely use them again.

Very detail oriented - didn't take any shortcuts - noticed that we had windows with blinds in them and took the extra time to separate all the panes and clean inbetween all the windows (we were unaware how to do this), nor did he charge more than the estimate he gave, although it took him a lot longer to complete the job. We will definitely hire them again.

Went just fine

He was pretty good. I hadn?t been at the house for awhile, and he noted a couple of things outside of the window work that I might want to look into, which was impressive. To make it convenient, he came by my office and gave me my receipt.

Augusto was excellent to work with...he listened to our thoughts and gave us new ideas that wove our ideas with his. The end product is beautiful!

It's a one man company. His name is Chris and he is very pleasant and cheerful, and willing to put things back, which helps me a great deal. (Heavy furniture and plants and so forth.)

We spoke by phone several days earlier and set a date. Chris arrived about 1 hr. 15 minutes late. He arrived ready to work and gave me a written estimate first. I thought the estimate high, but I'd used Potomac before and they did a good job. Chris said it would take 2 hours, which it did. I noticed that after cleaning the windows, stickers, paint and adhesive were still on the windows, and I pointed this out to Chris (he was working alone). He pointed out to me that the small print on the agreement I signed said they do not remove those things, he felt there was a liability issue should he damage the glass in removing. Since this was my major reason for cleaning the windows, I was more than disappointed. Chris said because he knew me from before, he would go back and remove those things if I had some acetone and a clean razor he could use. I was a bit surprised that he did not carry those items to jobs with him, but happily I was able to supply them, after which he did remove same.
