Extraordinary.

I didn't see the flowers; but the recipient reported that they were very nice.  I was happy with that.  I have used another florist in the past.  I had no problems; but I didn't like any of their selections.  They were rated pretty well, even though there weren't that many reviews.  However, there were almost no reviews for other florists, so I went with them.  It was a simple transaction.  I ordered them online, and they were sent.  She liked it, and they got there at the right day.  They seemed pretty normal priced for the area.  They didn't seem outrageous, but didn't seem particularly cheap.

One of my co-workers was suddenly rushed to the hospital for kidney stone surgery. We wanted to send her flowers to welcome her home afterwards. I reviewed a number of florists on Angie's List, and looked at their Web sites. I picked a few of them for the appearance of their arrangements; their bouquets looked more creative than some of the others. After calling to determine delivery costs and how exactly delivery could be timed, I decided to ask Chevy Chase to do the work. The contact person was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I explained that we wanted the bouquet to be delivered at a particular time of day, based on when our co-worker was scheduled to arrive home from the hospital. She lives in a complex where there are many units, so delivery had to be accurate. Chevy Chase performed very well. I did not see the bouquet, but our colleague was very pleased with it, and it was delivered to the right place at just the right time. We were very happy with this result.

I thought the price was excessive.

This company has always provided us with exceptional service and beautiful flowers. Many of the guests at my wedding commented on the gorgeous arrangements at my reception. I highly recommend them.
