 + -1 moreI had a family engagement ring cleaned, resized, and appraised here. I also paid them to remove an engraving. It was a terrible experience. First, they did not remove the engraving. They said they couldn't because it was too deep, which turned out to be a lie. They just didn't even try. Second, the improperly resized the ring. When we got engaged and it because apparent that the ring didn't fit, Kesheshian jeweler had the nerve to insist on us paying again. The woman is pretty nice, but her borther and co-owner is a terrible person to do business with. Do not go here.

 + -1 moreThis guy does all of the other store's drilling anything that requires a special touch. He is very reliable and honest and will explain things. In the last couple of years we have taken a lot of work to him.
Description of Work: I had bought a pearl in Tahiti that was undrilled so took it to another store and they recommended Adam. I took it in and several other items that needed repaired or cleaned.
