Mattresses
They came through very well. They were expensive. We sold our furniture on Craig's List, and the next day we had exactly the mattress we wanted. We needed a mattress very badly, and we figured you get what you pay for. They also set it up for us, and they delivered it the next day. We were not displeased in any way. It was a good experience, and the mattress is holding up quite well. My husband prefers our mattress over any hotel in the world! I would use them again.

Friendly, knowledgeable sales person. No pressure. Knew his products. Purchase completed in 10 minutes because of helpful web site (and a Consumers Report article on purchasing a mattress). Delivered next day at the very beginning of a 4-hour delivery window.
