I have used him a few times. He is a 'one man' operation (so low overhead and reasonable costs). We had a dispute on the most recent service call but were able to discuss and reach a fair resolution.

Was able to get an appointment quickly. Our Whirlpool dryer was not drying. He was able to diagnose that a new heating element was needed. His price was fair and his work was efficient. He also took the time to explain the various parts of the dryer.

Rodger was on time, Knew what the problem was and explained how the repair part would fix the recurring problem.

The dryer is an older Maytag purchased in 1985. It has never had anything go wrong until recently. Because of the age, was not sure it could be repaired. Mr. Thompson identified the problem, ordered the parts, and fixed the dryer. He also told me the dryer was in good condition. Am very pleased with his service.

Mr. Thompson called prior to the appointment time and showed up when promised. He and his assistant were very careful entering our home with masks on. When he realized the cabinet needed additional space for the new oven to fit into he was very patient while our father-in-law came to assist by sawing down the inside of the cabinet as this was not Mr. Thompson's line of work nor did he have the tools which was understandable and fine. He and his assistant did a great job and ensured the oven was installed and working properly before leaving. I would use him again for sure.

Rodger is an excellent repairman: great communication, quick turnaround and exemplary customer service at an unbeatable price. He diagnosed and explained the problem in a way I could easily understand, which put my mind at ease — and he is an honest broker.

Extremely well. I provided the wrong address AND phone number and technician was extremely patient and understanding. Once arrived he kept a mask on the entire time and patiently explained the issue and performed the repair. Afterwards he made sure to put all the items he had to remove out of his way back neatly. And made sure all the screws for the cover plates fit neatly. Extremely professional and would happily use again and recommend

Mr. Thompson cleaned the burner tops, checked the appliance, and determined that I should call the gas company. Due to the small amount of work involved, he knocked $30.0) off his fee.

2 Visits. First to examine washer. Gave estimate to repair and approximate cost if replacement (different vendor) was what we decided to do. Given a 30 day time limit to make decision for repair with just cost of parts. Labor & trip charge was paid for during the initial visit.

He could see me the next day! He assessed the issue, provided my options, and gave me a price for the repair. Mr. Thompson was running late for our scheduled appointment and he texted me letting me know of the delay. This was major for me because customer service is EVERYTHING. The repair was done on time and professionally. My kitchen was left just as clean as when Mr. Thompson started the repair. Not having to purchase a new dishwasher was a relief. This young man is not only professional, he is also polite and respectful. These days you never know what character will enter your home. Found Mr. Thompson to be a true professional. Initial inspection of dryer, he suspected blocked external air ducts. Rather than perform unnecessary work, he advised me to have duct cleaned, and altered his trip charge. You don't find such honesty these days. He was also very punctual. Personally like to deal with small business proprietors versus large enterprises. Would certainly hire again.

I thought my oven was broken cause I can smell gas. I asked for a quote on Angie's and get a call back from Roger pretty fast. he showed up the sameday afternoon. turns out its because the air hole was covered on the bottom. Roger explained to me in great detail and helped me with CO detectors jnstallation. he is really helpful and proactive.
