The owner and project manager came out to meet me within a week of calling about my project. They were friendly, and prompt, and once our project was started, their crew of guys were always on time and offered creative additions to my project. We did some electrical upgrades, and upgrading of some rooms in my house. You get what you pay for: quality.

This was a nightmare. When we fired the company the job was 20% over total budget while no more than 80% complete. The proprietor was completely unaware of either the status of the project or the ratio of funds paid to total contract estimate. Run, do not walk away from this organization.

"This house was very old. After exposing walls it was discovered that existing old cloth wiring and existing knob and tube wiring had to be replaced by an electrician for safety reasons. Often renovations on much older homes require replacing outdated material -and that cannot be observed until issues are exposed. We worked with this client to move them into their house and helped them come up with alternate solutions to finish the project affordably, other then our company finishing the final portions of work, to help with their budget."
