He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, saving time and money. It was the overload switch - which had fried to do all the power surges and outages we've had because of all the storms. He did need to order the part, but it he and the part arrived the next day. Very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. He valued my home, time and pocketbook. Job well done. He even followed up to make sure everything is ok.

Todd Barnhardt saved us lots of money. Yes, we were going to replace our washer when it broke, but decided to call a repairman to get an estimate first. I'm so glad we chose Todd. He diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the parts right away. I was so impressed that he took the extra effort to replace the hub instead of the entire drum saving us hundreds in parts cost. Todd is great, very professional yet friendly. He didn't mind me watching him work and asking him questions, and actually seemed to enjoy it.
