my garbage disposal became backed up and the dirty water and old food came out where my washing machine empties. The smell was awful, and the basin was full. Since I was doing laundry i assumed the problem was with my washing machine. It was 10:00 in the evening and wasn't a true emergency so I called the next morning at 7:45 AM. Skip Ward , the owner, answered and said he could have a team out there before lunch. (I have used them on multiple locations and they typically arrive early.) They quickly diagnosed the problem was not the washing machine. It took some doing to clean out the washing machine basin but they did it, fixed the problem, and did a very good job cleaning up the mess caused by the garbage disposal. I now know that eggs and other food should not go down the disposal. I have also used them to repair and eventually replace my water heater. They are so much more responsive than other companies that they are now my first call. They are licensed and insured and their business card says for Residential and Light Commercial. Highly recommend.
