Moving
I hired him to pack my belongings, and I packed some as well. They were behind due to the hurricane. Once we had power again, they came out to move me. He estimated it would take 6 to 7 hours to complete the move. Then he came back around midnight, and wanted payment. He told me he had moved everything into my new home, however several of my things were at my old house. He then said since it took so long he wanted double the amount of money as we had previously discussed. At that time, my friends called to tell me my belongings were just sitting in my garage and he had not actually completed the work as discussed. One of my neighbors, even saw him tossing stuff into the garage.
