We can't imagine building a home or undertaking a large construction project without Lee Hutton! Communication was exceptional, work was of the highest caliber (and Lee himself wields a hammer) and everyone cleaned up after themselves. Six months later he's still available if an issue arises (concrete settled and crawl space leaks slightly) - he fixed it. In addition, since we had already talked to several vendors & contractors before signing with Lee, he allowed us to pull out parts of the build and assume responsibility for it. We ordered our own windows and did our own plumbing and HVAC contracting. (in retrospect - we should have gone with Lee's HVAC). We also traveled to PA to order cabinetry. Pricing: his price is fair, not cheap. But he handled EVERY complication and issue that arose - and there were plenty. He goes above and beyond to make sure things are not only done well - but done to your satisfaction. There are no shortcuts, no "cheaping out" - it's quality all the way! Definitely an A++ rating!

They come when they’re supposed to, clean up after themselves and do good work. My interaction with them was fine.

Hutton built our home in 2004 so we were familiar with his work. This time he installed a new screen system on the porch using tracts into which the screening could be inserted to faciltate lower maintenance as well as ease of replacing when necessary. It looks great and should be nearly maintenance free (everything is vinyl-wrapped) except for periodic screening changes. Work was prompt, professional and reasonably priced.

The whole experience was about as good as it gets when building a home. Tons of details and decisions but the whole thing was done with exceptional professionalism. The work was begun and continued in a timely fashion and was finished exactly when it was supposed to be. The workmanship is excellent and we are, 9 years later, stilled thrilled with the result. We chose Hutton Builders because of it's reputation and we were not disappointed.

They were good. I liked their attention to details and quality of the work. They were very trustworthy. I am using them for the third time.
