I needed someone to come same day and remove snow from my flat roof. NCG responded extremely quickly, had taken the time to google my house and determine the area that needed clearing and sent a crew of two to handle my issue. The ONLY reason they receive 4 instead of 5 stars was because of the price. However I do understand that it was an emergency response price and assume the cost would have been more reasonable if I hadn't been under a bind. Another company that was recommended to me wanted to charge $100 more for the same job.
