Carpet Repair requires a unique combination of mechanical skills, product knowledge, experience, and customer empathy. Having over 35 years of professional floor covering experience in installation and sales and 15 years as a franchise store owner, I have encountered virtually everything the repair market has to offer. It is important for a carpet installation and repair technician to have product experience and proficiency in factory approved installation techniques. Jim is very professional. He did a great job and explained much about carpets to us. We had used someone years ago and found out he really did not "stretch" the carpets just "kicked" them. So therefore we needed them done again. We would recommend Jim if you are going to stretch your carpets!

Absolutely Perfect job. The carpets a tight as a drum and perfectly layed. Jim explained all the peculiarities found and how he corrected. He vacuumed the carpets and left the area very clean. I can't be more pleased with the job.

Jim showed up promptly, bringing with him an impressive supply of tools and equipment. It is impossible to overstate how experienced, skilled, and careful he was. His work was completed in a very timely manner, and the outcome was everything we hoped it would be. The cost was very reasonable, particularly in light of the distance traveled, and the likelihood this was his only job that day. We can recommend Jim without any reservation, and feel very fortunate to have found him available.
