It took a long time to get a response, and I was about to give up, but 3rd watch finally came thru and showed up when he said he would. Good job, took less than an hour even with several crawl space entries. Looks nice, good quality parts, not bottom-barrel cheap stuff, which is what was replaced. Hasn't leaked yet, so I'm expecting a long service life.

Awful. Set up 2 days to do the work. No show both days. Took a day off work and wouldn’t answer phone. Would occasionally email me back giving excuses and provided additional days they could do the work. After giving my availability he would not return email. I requested a refund and got no answer. He’s a thief

After calling the establishment several times and leaving messages, Ryan finally called me back (on a Friday) and said that he would call me on Monday to setup a time to come out for Tues/Wed. Never received a call on Monday. Called him on Tuesday. Said he would come out Wednesday between 4-5pm. He never showed. I need to get my money refunded.

Fast and smooth. Ryan from 3rd Watch did the work, which included cutting old pipe connections off and constructing new ones then installing out existing new filter in place of the older one.

Replacement went fine - had some other issues which aren't going so fine.

Ok. A few glitches out of their control

Guy showed up over an hour late. Made the leak worse. Called back to have it re-evaluated. Took time off work. Didnt show up. Called up again, same guy, no idea what he was doing. At first tried to tell me a I needed a new water heater. Eventually came to conclusion expansion tank needed replaced once he had broken the threads on it. I asked about the cost and I already new cost of new expansion tank. His estimate included another call out fee, even though he had worsened damaged the problem beyond a straight forward patch up. Guy was rude and kept having to make calls to find out what he should be doing. I went to home depot, replaced the threads and fixed the issue for less than $40.

The serviceman knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it.

Once service provider departed I realized toilet not installed correctly and flange came off. I observed incorrect bolts used for install, not made for concrete. I had to have another plumber come to fix problem caused by this tech.

3rd Watch did not contact me for scheduling work as shown on purchase order. After waiting 2 weeks I contacted them. They did not show up for the scheduled appointment, and no one called. They did not return phone calls regarding re-scheduling. Very unprofessional, and not at all responsive or reliable. The "special" offer of a faucet replacement for $99.00 seemed like a good deal, but turned out to be a waste of time and money. Finally had to hire another contractor to get the work done.

Provider had to reschedule job several times before it got done. Once they came they were quick and efficient.

Corrected the problem, but explained that roots may have invaded old line and may eventually need to be replaced.

They came on time and did a good job. They were also kind when I requested them to take their shoes off or use a shoe cover, as we don't use shoes inside of our home (some contractors make a big deal about it, unfortunately). At a reasonable price they also replaced the gate valve with a quarter turn as well.

They arrived and were able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. Appreciated their explaining the issue and showing me the problem.

Ryan and his crew are very professional, friendly, and polite. They came promptly to help me resolve several issues including the water softener and garbage disposer in a timely manner. They were pleasant to work with and had a keen problem-solving mentality. I would highly recommend!

This was an emergency replacement. Contacted 3rd watch and they were right on the job. The on-site guys were very thorough, prompt and professional. I would definitely use them again.
