They didn t fully diagnose the problem. They did temporarily repair it, but it went bad again. The unit is very old and has issues, so I am happy that they were willing to do some work on it. I would use them again, I have no problems with them or their work. They did get it to work at the time, so they did what I needed, they just did not know the exact nature of the problem.
