I have used them for years and they are great. Donald, the owner, is wonderful and this is a family owned business. I will absolutely use them again.

The AC compressor (a new one) has damage internally to the coils, and no one could have reached inside the compressor to damage it, except for their technician. The service staff was not professional or concerned about the work they performed in the past. They have been slow to respond and our AC and our house is not comfortable in the summer. We may have to again get a new AC compressor, but NOT from MultiAire. We also found online that MultiAire does not have a license to perform work in Maryland.

Multi Aire originally installed our unit in 2005. It is a good company. They are very friendly and efficient. They are honest.

I was not here when they came, but I have not got a call from my tenants, so I assume it is fixed. I have used them in the past though and they do good work and the price is reasonable too.
