Overall the experience was great. The scheduler/office manager was helpful and responsive. I got a reminder card in the mail confirming the appointment and I even got a thank you not with a comment card and little free sticky pad of notes from their company.
All in all - very nice. I will use them again.
"We take great pride in the craftsmanship and years of experience our shop offers to its customers. Whenever there is a concern with a finished project, we strive to do everything possible to address the concern and satisfy our customers. The table leaf on this project was indeed refinished with the entire table project and delivered complete the first time. However, 3 months after delivery the customer removed the leaves from storage and contacted us to address a concern with one table leaf. Once back in our shop we could right away determine the finish on the single leaf went cloudy or white while in storage. There are many reasons this concern could have happened, as we are working with natural wood and chemical products. The important message is that our customers concerns for the table were taken very seriously and addressed promptly. We picked up the entire table and leaves at the customers request and returned them after thoroughly addressing any possible concerns with the table. The table was returned to the customer complete and in top condition a year ago. We value our customers and do regret the position of this customer."
Resolution:
The owner came to my home to look at the things that were not fixed up to my standards. He took the chair that they repaired in the past and re-repaired it properly, very satisfactory work done on their part. The owner came to make good because he knew he had a bad report and he did a great job of following up with me.
