CHUCK BIAGI'S CARPET CARE PLUS

I recently contacted Carpet Care Plus about a very last-minute carpet cleaning job in our home to prepare for a large family gathering we were hosting. I contacted them on Sunday and they were able to work me in Monday morning due to a cancellation. I had low expectations since the carpets has supposedly been cleaned before we moved in, but there were some spots when we moved in. I just figured those spots couldn't be removed. To my surprise, the carpets looked practically brand new when Chuck was finished. A couple very faint spots seemed to come back after the carpet dried; Chuck warned me that this was a possibility and told me to let him know so he could fix it. I contacted him, and he came back that day to touch those spots up, as well as some spots from the large family gathering we had over the weekend. Even though some of the spots were caused by the heavy foot traffic from our family gathering, Chuck graciously chalked it up to a re-do on his part and didn't charge us anything. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

Chuck and team are always friendly and honest. The carpet cleaning industry often gets less than stellar reviews, but Chuck is an anomaly in the business. Chuck visited our offices, did a complete walk through of the spaces, and provided a quote very quickly. Once a data was settled on, he arrived a few minutes early, and went right to work. The carpets were cleaned and left in pristine condition. Chuck also followed up to ensure we were happy with the work product and to address any concerns we might have (there were none). It's refreshing and enjoyable to work with a straightforward and honest business, making the process very easy and well worth the expense. I would definitely recommend and will use him again.

It went very well. The carpet was filthy before he came, and when he was done, it had improved significantly. The pricing was right on with other prices in the area. He showed up early to do the job, and he was very accommodating, enthusiastic, and very friendly.
