Generally, it went fine. I've used TBC several times over the past five years or so for miscellaneous home repairs and they've always completed the work to my satisfaction, although sometimes it's required more than one visit. My experience may be unique, but by the end of the process, I'm often a bit exasperated with them, and I think them with me. When Albert comes to evaluate the job to be done, everything seems great, but there often seems to be a bit of a disconnect between between his estimate and what is actually possible. That said, they strive valiantly to satisfy the customer. If you have general contracting type work that needs to be done, they are honest, hard-working folks who will do their darnest to make you happy with the end result.
Description of Work: Miscellaneous repairs: bathroom leak, garage door frame repair, exterior lighting replacement. In the past (off the top of my head), they've fixed a window that was leaking and causing mold and staining problems, finished my garage, sealed my basement, Trexed my deck, and replaced shingles after a hurricane.
