The quality of work that this provide did was poor and the time it too to rebuild was way too long.  For many weeks at a time he did not even show up to complete any work.  He constantly harassed us for funds, even on the day of my mother's death and on the day of her funeral.  He mistakenly put in an electric furnace and heat pump system that was electric and it should have been propane.  This has cost us a great deal of money.  The floors were installed incorrectly and there are gaps between the laminate wood pieces.He also made several errors including.  Finally, we had to go to mediation in order to get our house finished after 12 months of work.  The owner of the company claimed that we owed him $60,000.  Thankfully, we had kept all the receipts and proved that he was in fact paid.  It was the worst experience with a contractor that we have ever had.
