"UPDATE-10/5/21 spoke with Angi (HomeAdvisor) rep to request pulling this review. Unfortunately, I had to jump thru more hoops than with the Better Business Bureau so I've decided to let the BBB investigation speak for itself. We hope anyone reading this complaint will visit the BBB website for full threads of emails including our request for arbitration & the request for Mr Ps insurance paperwork. We believe our reputation, our 4.7-star rating on HomeAdvisor (prior to Mr. Ps rating), and our A+ rating with the BBB will be proof enough. 10/1/21 RECEIVED FROM BBB- Following our BBB® policy, we notified the consumer of your response and requested that they provide confirmation as to whether or not their concerns had been satisfactorily resolved. The consumer responded that their concerns were not satisfied, however, BBB has determined that there is insufficient evidence to pursue the case any further based on one or more of the following reasons: *Your reasonable attention to the issue(s), *Documentation provided to support your position, *Your willingness to work with the consumer in an attempt to reach an acceptable resolution, *Your explanation as to why the consumer's request cannot be granted, and/or *Your willingness to participate in BBB mediation or arbitration Therefore, we have closed the case as "Answered." This is a positive disposition for your business and should not negatively impact your rating with BBB."

The McLean's also referred us to a neighbor as we were working on their project so we have another reason to thank them"
"We did explain that between our schedule and the weather, we were very busy and I repeatedly apologized for the inconvenience and thanked him for his patience; however, according to the date on the signed contract and the date we picked up our final draw, it was more like 2 weeks, but he is correct- it did take longer than we thought because we wanted it to be done right. It was more involved than originally anticipated. My last communication with Mr Kelley was to ask him if he was satisfied with our work and his response was "the deck looks great" Mr Kelley made no unsatisfactory remarks during the construction/ repair and said it was more than he expected."
