This company uses smooth talking salesmen, guaranteeing they will get rid of the ants, bees, wasps, stink bugs, spiders, etc. Don’t sign anything! From June 2024- August 2024 I paid this company $547.00, guess what? I still have ants, stink bugs, spiders, and the bees will probably be back when spring comes! Now they are sending me a bill for $150.00, because I broke the contract. Just please beware of their tactics, they offered a freebie in between schedules, but I still had to pay afterwards, then gave a huge discount not to close, then came down again with a discount, why couldn’t I have had that in the beginning?

EcoShield started out well, but with each monthly visit got worse & worse. They do not have enough hours to cover their phone customer service, I have to make a concerted effort to come home early from work to get home in time to call them due to their "banking hour schedules" yet they force you to work on their calendar. Because of this when my contract was ending I told them I would not renew (3 months in advance). Regardless of this notification (twice in advance), they continued to book appointments. I emailed and texted them that I am not renewing and received replies by text and email that I still need to call them to finish the cancellation so they can find out why I am dissatisfied (which I had verbally told them in detail months ago). I have tried calling, but cannot get a hold of them due to their phone hrs and they need to resolve any actions via email, the responses are always to call them back. This company feels like a predatory service based on its cancellation tactics.
