Mark was very prompted in returning our calls and was willing to supply a certificate of insurance to our HOA. He arrived as scheduled and fixed the problem quickly.

Mark, the owner of the company and the technician. responded within an hour to my email seeing if he might be able to work with us to install a ceiling fan in a room with no existing overhead light. On the day of our appointment, he called to confirm and agreed that he could look at a couple of other small jobs--installing a new doorbell and repairing outdoor lights.

Mark was able to do all the work that we had hoped in just two hours, and even taught us how to operate another lighting system in the house. Before leaving, he double checked that everything was working properly and that we knew how to do everything. He's a real pro and great communicator.

Mark was great. He kept asking good questions until he was able to pinpoint our problems. Our upstairs bathrooms outlets were not working but it was our downstairs bathroom outlet that was causing all the problems and we never used that outlet. He figured out the issue quickly without wasting our time (and money). When we made the appoinmnet, he asked for the info on the flourescent light so he could bring the proper parts and not waste time and money going out for a part. We would definately use Mark again.

He arrived when he said he would, after rearranging another
regular/local client's appointment to accommodate my schedule
availability. In the middle of the job, we both realized that the one
fan was not going to work- ( it was an old one we were attempting to
relocate) and he suggested moving on to the third project we had
scheduled while I ran out and got a new fan so the work could be
completed in one trip. His prices are fair, he was very clean and
neat, respectful and considerate. I plan on using him again for future
work.

I think the guy was very conscientious and it was he owns his own company. I think he maybe works alone. He was not splash and dash. He was just very down to earth He is very competent. He tried to really a do a good job. He is very tidy, had a good clean up.

Mark Mildenburger is the owner of this company. They are very trustworthy and fair. They are experts. He is a sworn again Christian man also.

The electrician arrived right on time, as promised. He was very professional and we were very satisfied with his work.

Everything has been great. I use this company exclusively for electrical problems. He is very honest, professional, and polite. He is very reasonable when it comes to price. He is a master electrician. He is always on time and cleans up after himself. I have never had to call him back to fix any of his work. I would recommend this company to anyone.
