The owner, Wyatt was very quick to respond. There was a misunderstanding the day he was to come for an estimate and he thought he had contacted me to let me know he would be late. Unfortunately he did not contact me, but someone else and I was not going to be able to be there for the later appointment. (He arrived as I was leaving). Another appointment was made and he came out and I showed him what I needed. He was a very pleasant and professional young man and he quickly sent me an estimate. I had already informed him that I planned to go ahead with the work regardless of price. I needed to get the work done before it got too hot and neither my husband nor I were physically able to perform the work. Unfortunately, he never arrived for the first two appointments and then cancelled the next two that were made. I had the feeling that he really was not interested in my project and cancelled the work. I needed to get something done rather quickly before my husband's next surgery. Unfortunately as it was getting later in the season I have not been able to hire another company for the work, so now we will not be able to plant our bulbs nor seed our lawn. After reading the reviews and also meeting Wyatt, I was very surprised at the lack of respect and courtesy that was shown in not performing the work that was requested, because he seemed like a very professional young man.
