I think that they offered me a fair price. The biggest problem is that less than 4 years later a lot of the carpet is bubbling. Secondly, I thought that I was supposed to receive a rebate. I may have been mistaken; it wasn't clear. Still, the quality that I am rating is installation. I have not contacted them regarding my concerns.

We met with Tommy regarding the main level and upper level of our home. Our job consisted of demolition of our kitchen floor and installation of duraceramic tiles, refinishing of hardwood floors on the main level and steps, removal of carpet and new carpet installition. Tommy worked with us for the entire project and made a number of stops to our home in order to accomodate our busy schedulest. We had 3 different crews of workers during the course of the project (kitchen, hardwood, carpet) and all of them were fantastic! I would highly recommend using Tommy for any flooring project that you may have.

They gave us a good price and installed the new carpet, which had to be ordered from North Carolina and took over a month to get here (which was not TM Carpet's fault, just a note if you are ordering something not in stock). Once the carpet was in, they came and installed it right away. They had to remove the glued carpet squares and move a lot of heavy furniture and this was done in a timely manner and the job looks great.

In the beginning, it was wonderful, the price was great, and quick. The quality of work is inconsistent, depending upon which team comes out to do the work.

They did a great job. They did in a timely manner. They did a great job installing the carpets for us last year as well.

We solicited bids from 3 other companies for this job and this was the lowest cost and most responsive to our needs. Job had to be done within a 3-week window. They started exactly on the date promised and finished a week early. Final result is excellent.

I would recommend to anyone.

I entered into a contract through Sherry. One month later (six days before scheduled installation), Tom (owner)advised me by telephone that he could not do part of the job (the stairs). TM had done the carpeting in the same house 6 years earlier.

We were very pleased with our experience at TM Carpet. They have een in business for >20 years and apparently rely primarily on word-of-mouth for advertising. They seem to stay quite busy. Sherry was very helpful in helping to choose a carpet and was very willing to work with us re: timing for installation; it was installed that same week, just a few days after my initial visit with them. The installers arrived precisely when they said they would. They were friendy, worked hard, and kept the job site neat/clean. The carpet looks great. There is one spot near one seam (and right next to a door frame) that seems to bubble just a touch. I think it will settle over the next few weeks and if not, I'm sure they will be able to fix it. Again, overall it looks great.

Carpet installation was fine.Their was a flaw in the hardwood floors that needed attention which took over two months due to shared contractors I repeatedly called and had already paid''n full for the job I was also promised a cash rebate that never happened.Promises promises #@^#@.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH T M CARPET WAS SUPER. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE I KNOW WHO IS IN THE MARKET FOR GETTING NEW CARPET PUT IN THERE HOUSE. THEY ARE WONDERFUL I THINK.

I REALLY ENJOY THE SERVICE THAT WAS PROVIDED TO ME. I REALLY LIKED THE COMPANY BECAUSE THEY HAD A LAY AWAY PLAN. THAT MADE IT EASIER TO PAY FOR THEY CARPET.
