IT WAS TERRIBLE!!! Mike Stack has a great attitude during the sale but once work begins WATCH OUT!!! before work even began they scratched my wood floors moving furniture and the comment was ooops thats the price of renovations and no repairs were ever made. demolition went ok except trash sat in my driveway for a week with no dumpster. once rebuilding began here came the bill padding adding additional costs for items that should have been included in the estimate. the room was supposed to receive new insulation and vapor barrier, but old insulation was reused and vapor barrier did not cover the room. plumbing was redone and new sub floor and extra bracing installed however the cement backer was not placed under the bathtub now the floor squeaks at that spot. no waterproofing membrane place in the corners and i am sure i will get a leak eventually. i was also required to purchase and deliver my own tile, vanity, vanity top, mirror, light fixture while this guy showed up for less than 30 minutes each day. the p*** poor service became extremely evident when tile layout began, your wishes will be mocked, scrutinized and extra charges will be assessed if he thinks it is too hard of a design. i also overheard him calling his employee on their cell phone being very disrestectful toward me(just so happens i was standing next to the guy when he called), anyway, his staff broke several of these $8 tiles and as he put it was just waste.. it was not waste they just did not have a wet saw to make precise cuts. additionally the broke a $700 shower head, filled it with glue trying to cover it up and this guy had the nerve to insinuate that i broke this thing and he took an extra week replacing it. accessory items were installed incorrectly and had to be removed along with the tile they drilled in to wasting more tile and time because no one read any installation instructions. at the end of it all, the bill came with additional charges for item he claims were not included and when i questioned it he began yelling at me in my own home...so i cursed him out and threw him out of my house.. stay clear of this guy you will be frustrated and broke by the time your project ends
