John was wonderful to work with and very responsive. He gave us a competitive quote, lower than many of the roofers I spoke to. We had the roof reshingled rather than torn off and replaced because he got up on the roof and told us that was all we needed. He actually came out in the pouring rain and walked through our muddy backyard to give us our estimate because he had promised us we would have one that day. He and his men were very professional, were finished in two days, and fixed a leak we were having as well as re-caulked all our windows for us. There was no debris or any issues and we've had heavy rain since then and no leaks. He guarantees the work for the life of the shingle, which is way more than most companies would do. Very easy to work with and we feel that we got more than our money's worth.

The entire process went very well. John, the owner of the company, was a real joy to work with. He had a great personality. He really worked with me to come up with the best price for the best type of roof work that I needed. John promised me that the work would be performed before the week of Christmas. He was true to his word. The job was started on 12/12/2011. The completion of the job was done on 12/14/2011. So far, I have been truly happy with the work.
