ROM WORKS HAS BEEN A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. R-RANGE O-OF M-MOTION MACHINES ARE DESIGNED TO WORK YOUR UPPER BODY FOR 4 MINUTES AND YOUR LOWER BODY FOR 4 MINUTES. AFTER ONLY 3 WEEKS, I HAVE FELT AN IMPROVEMENT WITH MY CARDIO-VASCULAR AND A TONING BEGINNING IN MY ARMS, ABS AND THIGHS.

WE LOVE THE CONVENIENCE AND THAT WE CAN EXERCISE REGARDLESS OF THE WEATHER. NO SPECIAL CLOTHING OR SHOES ARE REQUIRED. WE LOVE THE FACT THAT IT ONLY TAKES 8 MINUTES TO COMPLETE. COST IS REASONABLE AT $40 A MONTH.
