Description of Work: R.O.M. WORKS IS A LOCATION WHERE YOU CAN WORK-OUT FOR 8 MINUTES AND RECEIVE EXERCISE EQUIVALENT TO A 45 MINUTE AEROBICS CLASS FOR ONLY $40 A MONTH.

 + -1 moreWE LOVE THE CONVENIENCE AND THAT WE CAN EXERCISE REGARDLESS OF THE WEATHER. NO SPECIAL CLOTHING OR SHOES ARE REQUIRED. WE LOVE THE FACT THAT IT ONLY TAKES 8 MINUTES TO COMPLETE. COST IS REASONABLE AT $40 A MONTH.
Description of Work: ROM WORKS IS A TOTAL BODY FITNESS MACHINE AND AEROBIC EXERCISE. IT ONLY TAKES 4 MINUTES DAILY TO COMPLETE UPPER BODY AND 4 MINUTES FOR LOWER BODY. IT IS A COMBINATION OF STRETCHING AND MUSCLE BUILDING ALL IN ONE.
