They did a horrible job and their price was very expensive. It was awful. They were insulting, rude and left it worse than when they started. It was probably the worst experience I had in this house for 35 years. It took me almost a month to have them commit to come back and when they came back, I told them I really didn't want them to do anything else that I was considering just cutting my losses and going on to another person and he was very insulted. I just couldn't deal with them anymore. He cancelled twice because it was raining. He told me I bleached my carpet. I will not use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Reliable & Sons Carpet Service for carpet cleaning for two rooms and stairs.
